Lake Fast Red E provided is a food colorant prepared from aluminium hydroxide & food colour. This product is used in products like soft drinks, alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, desserts, edible icings and confections. This colour has bright shades of pigment and is available in numerous dye colour and strengths. Lake Fast Red E also has great colour consistency and stability. It is used drugs and cosmetics, cocktails, tinned fruits, biscuits, chocolate, dressed crabs, garlic sausage, luncheon meat, salmon spread pate, scotch eggs, stuffed olives, sweets, bakery and snack foods. This colour is very effective as well as economical to use.
